PatientConcept Corona Dashboard is a secure, anonymous digital system for doctors, practices and hospitals. It is designed to register patients tested positive for SARS-CoV-2 and to digitally monitor the development of the patient’s health condition.

The PatientConcept system consists of a browser-based portal providing a Corona-Dashboard, which enables every physician to anonymously register the SARS-CoV-2 patients in his care with an ID. Furthermore, the system offers a smartphone app for the patients to transmit selected data about their health condition.

PatientConcept is officially approved as a medical device and holds the CE mark. The System is an established system which is already used and has already proven to be functional and helpful in clinics, practices, pharmacies and in many medical research projects.

Easy monitoring of your SARS-CoV-2 patients

By using the mobile app, your patients who have tested positive for SARS-CoV-2 can enter important health values, such as temperature and respiratory rate, in the “My area” category and transmit them directly to your practice.

Online questionnaires for monitoring changes in the health status of SARS-CoV-2 patients are also made available to your patients in this area.

You can view your patients’ health data in the browser-supported corona dashboard portal and thus observe and assess the current condition of your patients without them having to visit your practice personally. Part of the mandatory telephone inquiries can thus be replaced by digital health data transmission.

You can define limit values for a patient individually. If the values entered by the patient exceed or fall below these limits, the system displays a warning message in the dashboard.

If you need to call a patient into the practice, this can be done via the system without delay.

How does patient monitoring with PatientConcept Corona Dashboard work?

Doctor, practice or hospital register with NeuroSys GmbH and receive individual access data (login/password) for the PatientConcept Corona Dashboard.
The physician recommends a patient tested positive for SARS-CoV-2 to download the PatientConcept app. The patient creates a unique patient ID with PatientConcept and connects to the virtual facility “_Corona-Monitor” *.
The patient hands over the unique patient ID to the physician, who registers the ID in the PatientConcept Corona Dashboard.
All patients will be recorded into the database anonymously and independently of the entry point of data. The attending physician only sees the patients registered and cared for by himself.
The patients transmit their status data to the system daily via app and fill out questionnaires about their state of health. PatientConcept thus enables the digital monitoring of the patients’ condition development. Part of the mandatory telephone inquiries can thus be replaced by digital health data transmission.
If threshold values have been defined individually for a patient and these values were exceeded or fallen below these limits of when the patient entered the values, the system displays a warning message in the dashboard.

How do patients register for digital SARS-CoV-2 patient monitoring using the mobile PatientConcept App?

Download PatientConcept App from the Google Playstore or Apple App Store.
Open PatientConcept App (touch the logo) and accept the terms of use by touching it. Read the info text (tap the right arrow “>”)
Practice selection: Enter “_Corona-Monitor“* in the search field and select the virtual facility “_Corona-Monitor”* from the list.
Generate PatientConcept ID. We will show you how to do this in our PatientConcept. videos.
Please hand over your PatientConcept ID personally/by phone ONLY to your doctor. Please make sure that you give your PatientConcept ID only to your doctor and nobody else.
After registering your ID, the following values will be activated for you in ‘My area’ in the icon ‘Laboratory values’ and the sub-item ‘Vital Signs’:

- blood pressure
- pulse
- respiratory rate
- temperature

These vital parameters should be transmitted every day. Please clarify the number of daily transmissions with your doctor. Please note that the transmission of the values can take up to half an hour. You will also receive various questionnaires, which should be filled out daily or only once.
